Saie Joshi: This blog is a representation of my journey towards becoming a better writer, reader, and communicator. Something that inspires me everyday is a lyric from the silly and awkward song, Handlebars: "I can lead the world with no microphone." And though I do prefer to have a microphone in my hands, silencing a room through speech or song, gives me the chills. Through music and speech, I am able to connect with people I've never even met before. You can find me volunteering around the community, in local hospitals and homeless shelters, or perhaps in my natural habitat, a piano practice room after school. Where ever I am, reading, writing, and communication will be vital there.
